Abstract

Background:Caesarean section (CS) is a surgical method of delivery in which the baby and placenta are removed by making an incision in the mother's uterus (hysterectomy) and abdomen (laparotomy). In addition, a Caesarean section can disrupt the mother's activity patterns. General Objective: To analyze the nursing care provided to post-section caesarean mothers with nursing problems of impaired physical mobility. Method : This scientific paper uses a case study method on 5 post-cesarean section patients with impaired physical mobility. The instruments used are nursing care format, assessment format for signs and symptoms of impaired physical mobility, SOP for early mobilization. Nursing Care Results: .The results of the assessment showed that the five patients said that their legs were still difficult to move, felt tingling, numb, and numb in the leg area, were afraid to mobilize because of pain. The pain increased when mobilizing, lack of information about the importance of early mobilization. The nursing diagnosis in the five patients managed was impaired physical mobility. The nursing interventions carried out were the implementation of mobilization (I.05173) and positioning (I.01019). Mobilization support (I.05173) and positioning (I.01019). The final results of the five patients with impaired physical mobility experienced a significant increase when the implementation of early mobilization was completed. Recommendation: It is hoped that early mobilization of post-section caesarean mothers can be implemented and applied to increase independence in post-CS mothers and reduce the risk of impaired physical mobility.
