Abstract
Preliminary : Ineffectiveness clear street breath happen result a injury head secondary which one injury head this happen result injury head primary. Suctioning action can lead to compliations, complictions arising from the suction mucus / suctioning is hypoxemia, airway trauma, nosocomial infections and respiratory reest cardiac dysrhythmias, cardiac dysrhythmias, hypertension pr hypotension, bronchospasm, pulmonary hemorrhage, pain and anxiety. Aim : analyze the nursing care provided to patients with airway clearance ineffectiveness in emergency departmens RSUD PROF. Dr. MARGONO SOEKARDJO PURWOKERTO. Result : nursing problems that arise re ineffective airway clearance related to accumulation of secretions and impaired tissue perfusion cerebral edema associatied with brain. Action : writer action mucus suction/suction. Evaluation : implemtasi evaluation of the results conducted by author on 05 March 2015 at 05.00 pm with the results of subjective unrelated and objective data with results patients still looks crowded, additional breath sounded their voices, analysis of the problem is not resolved.
