Abstract
Background:Many pregnant mothers in trimester Ihaveemisis gravidarum. It can be treated byconducting pharmacological and nonpharmacologic treatments. Lemon aromatherapy can provide a variety of effects,suchascalmness and freshness. This even can help pregnant mothers overcome nausea.Drinking ginger is a wayto relieve and minimize nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Objective:Applying lemon aromatherapy and ginger drink to decrease nausea and vomiting of pregnant mothers in trimester I.Knowing the level of nausea and vomiting before and after being givenlemon aromatherapy and ginger drink. Method:This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study. method. The facts of the assessment were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The participants were 3 pregnant mothers in trimester I. Result:After applying lemon aromatherapy and drinking ginger twice a day in 4 days,there was a decrease in the scale of nausea and vimiting of all participants, i.e medium becomes light. Conclusion:Lemon aromatherapy and ginger drink can reduce the scale of gravidarumemisis of pregnant motrhers in independent midwifery clinic of Sri Jumiyatiat Buluspesantren, Kebumen.
