Abstract
Background: Women's reproductive health problems that often encountered one of them is leucorrhoea. The use of natural ingredients as a whitish herbal medicine is considered safer than the use of modern medicine. Some herbs that are often used are betel leaf and lemon fruit. Utilization of lemon fruit as a health therapy can be used as a juice while betel leaf stew is used to rinse the vaginal area. Purpose: Conducting the application of boiled water betel leaf and the consumption of lemon on physiological leucorrhea in women of childbearing age. Research Method: The method used in this research is case study using descriptive data type. Participants of this study amounted to 5 women of childbearing age. Intrumen in this research in the form of observation sheet of degree of whiteness in women of childbearing age Results: Participants in this study aged 27-35 years, all working as IRT. The results of applying the use of boiled water betel leaf and lemon consumption in the first to fifth participants showed no change in the indication of leucorrhoea after application. Decoction of betel leaf and consumption of lemon in effectively reduce physiological discharge symptoms. Actions performed in the handling of physiological leucorrhea in women of childbearing age, the authors apply the betel leaf boiling water and the consumption of lemon.
