Abstract
Background. Stroke can cause patients get limb weakness and mobilized as early as possible when the neurological and hemodynamic clinical conditions of the patient has stabilized. Mobilization is done regularly and continuously to prevent the occurrence of stroke complications, especially contractures. ROM is one form of exercise in the rehabilitation process that considered effective enough to prevent disability in patients with stroke. Writer Purpose. Describe nursing care in post stroke patients in the fulfillment of mobilization. Nursing care. Musculer examination found data on the case study subject clients Mrs.. M the client that said the right foot is difficult to move, the client was hospitalized 10 years ago after the client fell from the bathroom and since then the right client's foot is difficult to move so that the nursing diagnosis emerged obstacles to physical mobility associated with decreased muscle.Intervention and implementation Done is ROM health education. Evaluation result day 4 got the knowledge of family increased 90% and client muscle strength increased 25%. Several research results obtained the result of a relationship between the level of knowledge with the level of health. So for nurses, health students are expected to be able and active in providing health education. Analysis. Adequate ROM activity can affect muscle strength so it can affect client mobility.
