Abstract
Background: Chronic renal failure is the progressive and irreversible decline of renal function. Therapies that can be performed on cytonucleosis hemodialysis. Hemodialysis patients have a disturbed sleep response, leading to decrease in sleep quality. As many as 80% of hemodialysis patients in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital said to have trouble sleeping. Objective : To determine sleep quality of patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis therapy in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospitas based on factors. Metods Research: This research is descriptive research with survey approach. How to take participants in this study using total sampling with inclusion criteria, and got 61 respondents. Result Research : Result of research of sleep quality of CRF in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital based on disease factors categorized badly 53 respondents (86,9%), factors of exercise and fatigue categorized bad 53 respondents (86,9%), stress factors categorized bad 52 respondents (85,2%), nutritional factors categorized as bad 55 respondents (90,2%), environmental factors categorized bad 58 respondents (95,1%). Conclusion : The majority of hemodialysis patients have poor sleep quality. Recommendation : Nurses are expected to screen for sleep distrubation and provide appropriate nursing interventions to improve the sleep quality of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis
