Abstract
Disorders of cerebral tissue perfusion is a decrease in supply of oxygen carrying nutrients to the brain causing damage in brain tissue. In disorders cerebral tissue perfusion often found an increase intra-cranial pressure (PTIK). PTIK an emergency cases where irreversible brain damage or death can be avoided by the timely intervention. One of his intervension is controlling intra-cranial pressure (TIK) with giving position head up (15-30o). The general objective of writing scientific papers is to analysis of nursing care to client with nursinng problems disorders of cerebral tissue perfusion. The results of nursing care after the act of positioning head up (15-30o), the result is patients seemed calmer, no vomiting, breath regular, TD down, pulse normal and body temperature normal. The conclusions of this scientific paper is for problem disorders of cerebral tissue perfusion need for strict monitoring of change intra-cranial pressure (TIK).
