Abstract

Background: Thypoid is one of systemic diseases caused by salmonella thypi bacteria or salmonella parathypi. Writing purpose: Drawing nursing care on thypoid patient with nursing disorder needs thermoregulation requirement: hyperthermia is comprehensive. Method: Using a descriptive analytic case design study with case study subject 2 patient with impaired thermoregulation requirement: hyperthermia. Result of case study: In the case study result obtained temperature data on the case study subject are 37,6°C and 38,3°C, red disk skin color, sharp palpable warm, and the patient shivered. The author gets a nursing problem that is hyperthermia associated with disease process (Typhoid). Penis compose plans according to the nicnoc. The planned action has been carried out for 3 x 24 hours according to the nursing plan that has been prepared with the result of evaluation of hyperthermic problems related to the disease on the subject of massive case studies resolved. Conclusion: A warm compress effectively lowers the fever in a thypoid patient. Recommendation: To reduce hyperthermia in patients with typhoid in the future can use herbal medicine
