Abstract

Background: Head injury is one of the health problems that can cause complex physical and mental disorders. The occurrence of head injury may cause autoregulatory disturbance of brain perfusion pressure and cause the brain is not protected from changes in body hemodynamics. A 30-degree head elevation can improve venous drainage, cerebral perfusion, and decrease intracranial pressure. Objective:Aims to show the results of nursing innovation action that is the head elevation of 30 degrees in patients cerebricortusion. Method:This scientific paper is an analysis of 5 nursing care in patients with pain nursing problems by means of problem formulation, data analysis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Result:From nursing care it was found that there was a decrease in signs of an increase in intracranial. Conclusion:The 300 Elevation action in this case provides a positive value in the patient even though the change can not be rapid but can be maintained as a nonpharmacologic action in the patient
