Abstract
Background : The prevalence of schizophrenia amounted to 11.6% of the adult population. most schizophrenic patients have a risk of violence. Nursing actions to deal with clients at risk of violent behavior, nurses need to use standard nursing care models to teach coping mechanisms to prevent violent behavior. Objective : analyzing the nursing care of clients with the risk of violent behavior in the homes of Harjuna RSJ Prof.DR.Soerojo Magelang. The main nursing problem among the five patients is the risk of violent behavior. the actions taken include deep breathing, train clients to control violent behavior by volly sporting energy, training clients to control violent behavior with good verbal. evaluation of outcomes of the actions performed on all five patients indicates that the nursing problem has not been resolved. Recommendation :Individual therapy action with deep breath and sport energy distribution needs to be done to independence and reduce signs and symptoms of patient risk of violent behavior in homes harjuna RSJ Prof.DR Soerojo Magelang
