Abstract
Background: Violent behavior is a form of aggressive behavior or violence shown verbally, or physical them to an object, the or oneself that leads to potential for destructive of actively cause pain, danger, and suffering. Objective: Able to analyze the care of nursing for client the issue of the risk of violent behavior in Wisma Sadewa mental hospital Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang The nursing care: On five patients into problems arise nursing main risk behavior into violence because 5 patients showing signs of leading to violence behavior. The implementation of nursing who has been done is to identify the causes of angry, do in a control angry with exercises breath and give istighfar, controls angry with exercises at a pillow, controls angry by way expressing verbally. Evaluation in fifth client with risk behavior namely clients violence decreased signs and symtoms of violent behavior, three clients able to control angry with breath in exercise and give istighfar, and control at angry with a pillow, two clients able to control angry with breath in exercise and give istighfar, exercise at a pillow, and controls angry with reveal in verbal. Recomemendation: The provision of axercise his breath for with give istighfar to lower think angry felt by each clients.
