Abstract
Introduction: Stroke is a cerebrovasculer disorder causing interference mobilization barriers. ROM exercises can restore the function of muscle strength. The purpose: In this study is to analyze the nursing care the bottleneck problem of physical mobility in stroke patients non hemmoragik. Metode: This research use care study method, amounted to 3, patients performed intervention for 3 day. Results:Based on the analysis of the three patients consisted of two woment and one male, three patients experienced a decrease in muscle strength in one side of the extremity, so the problem is most rioritas in physical mobility constraints associated with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders. Intervention and implementation has been done assessing muscle strength, measuring vital signs, train ROM, consult with fisiotherapi. Evaluation of the three patients that there is an increase in muscle strength after exercise waged ROM for 3 days, physical mobility barrier problem is not resolved, planing patient motivation did ROM routine. Recommends:The use of intervention relaxation music therapy as one of independent nurse intervention in providing nursing care in stroke patient undergo rehabilitation. Conclusion: ROM exercises regularly can improve muscle strength. Results innovation ROM exercises with complementary combination is better than the ROM without a complementary combination.
