Abstract
Background : Myocardium infarction is a collection of clinical symptoms due to blockage of coronary arteries, which causes the death of heart muscle cells in the vascular area of the coronary artery. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to reduce pain one of them by using techniques distraksi with holy verses Al- Qur’an. Objective : Present the report of nursing care process of critical gland with acute pain nursing problem in acute myocardium infarcion client (AMI) Conslusion : From 5 nursing care in obtaining audio distraction murotal Al Qur’an proven effective to decrease pain scale on acute pain nursing problem related to injury agent biological medical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Rekomendation : For nurses it is advisable to apply the murottal listening intervention of the Qur’an to management in nursing care, especially interventions to pain problems in all cases. For Families, often listening to holy verses of the Qur’an with the aim to reduce the scale of the pain client. For the next researcher can develop nursing care in patient Acute Miokard Infark to research more about application of non – pharmacology therapy related problem of pain.
