Abstract

Background : Hallucination are one of the symptom of skizofrenia for individu with perception sensory disorder : hallucination who feels false sensations, such as sound, vision, hearing, groping, who feels unreal stimulus. Nursing care for client with perception sensory disorder : hallucination is strategic implementations such as SP 1 until SP 4 for break the hallucinations. Objective : To determine of the analysis effectiveness of nursing care for client with perception sensory disorder : hallucination at Basukarna’s room hospital of skizofrenia Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang Methods : The present study is descriptive with use cases study from 5 client with hallucination. Result : The analysis effectiveness of nursing care for 5 client in control hallucination for 4 days meet up, results : P1 can control hallucination until SP 2, P2 can do until SP 3, P3 can do until SP 2, P4 can do until SP 2, P5 can do until SP 1. Conclusion : Nursing care are use strategic implementations (SP) for client with hallucination are effective to 5 patient with prime problem is hallucination in control hallucination was appear.
