Abstract
Background: A stroke is a malfunction of the brain tissue caused by the sudden reduction or cessation of blood supply. The brain tissue that experiences this will die and can no longer function. Symptom signs that often occur when patients experience stroke is a physical mobility impediment. Independent nursing handling that occurs in physical mobility barrier in patient of Non Hemorrhagic Stroke (SNH) in Cendana Room of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is train patients with Range Of Motion (ROM) passive Objective: To explain nursing care given to patients with physical mobility barrier in patients of Non Hemorrhagic Stroke (SNH) in Cendana Room of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Soekarjo Purwokerto. Results: The assessment was conducted on five patients Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke (SNH) alloanamnesa and autoanamnesa, then performed physical examination and support. From the analysis of data obtained the authors draw the conclusion of priority nursing problems is the physical mobility constraints. After the action of Range Of Motiom (ROM) passive, the patient's result of increased muscle strength, the patient had not been able to move the position after the Range Of Motion (ROM) exercise to move position little by little. Conclusion: Nursing care of physical mobility impairment in patient of Non Hemorrhagic Stroke (SNH) done assessment covers airway, breathing, circulation. Then performed the analysis and drawn the conclusion of a nursing diagnosis. Self-care intervention nurses conducted to overcome the patient's physical mobility barriers is to train passive Range Of Motion (ROM) to increase muscle strength that suffers from a natural patient's weakness.
