Abstract

Background: Fracture is the breakdown of bone continuity and is determined by type and extent. Most fractures can be caused by sudden and excessive force, which can be beating, bending, bending, or withdrawal. To restore movement and stability in fracture patients is by way of early mobilization. Early mobilization is a stage of activity that starts immediately from waking up and sitting on the bed side until the patient gets out of bed, stands up and starts learning to walk with the help of the instrument according to the patient's condition General Objectives: Analyze the nursing care of physical mobility barriers in fracture patients in the chamber of the hospital Prof dr margono soekarjo purwokerto. Results of nursing care: The assessment was performed on five patients fractures alloanamnesa and autoanamnesa, then performed physical examination and support. From the analysis of data obtained by the authors draw conclusions of priority nursing problems are physical mobility barriers. After early mobilization twice a day for three days the patient's results can sit, walk, and learn to use a walker.
