Abstract
Background: According to the 2007 Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey data, SC contributes to a 25% reduction in maternal mortality rate (AKI). Based on this, it should also be aware that babies born through SC have a higher risk of not being breastfed by their mothers Compared to vaginal delivery. This is due to a decrease in milk production. By giving stimulation to the muscles of the breast will help stimulate the hormone prolactin to help milk production. The oxytocin massage is also a stimulation that can be given to stimulate breastfeeding. General Objectives: The writing of final ners scientific paper aims for nursing care given to post SC clients with the problem of ineffective breastfeeding in Bougenvile Room RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Outcomes of nursing care: The main nursing problem is the ineffectiveness of breastfeeding associated with inadequate milk supply. Intervention and implementation are the focus of the authors conducted during treatment on five samples with oxytocin massage Recommendation: The author innovates the nursing action of oxytocin massage. Massage oxytocin done at least 2-3 minutes can increase milk production in post SC mother. Having applied the oxytocin massage to the client shows the result that oxytocin massage is effective to increase milk production.
