Abstract
Background: in patients with febrile appear nursing problems about the ineffectiveness in fulfilling the needs of thermoregulation. In this case I do a warm compress action to improve the fulfillment of thermoregulation. The purpose of writing: describe the nursing care of comprehensively meeting the needs of thermoregulation. Nursing: nursing care at Tn.D in space Cempaka dr. Sudirman Kebumen patients complaining of fever since four days ago, the body temperature of 39ºC, the patient feels weak, the patient's family also said that the appetite is reduced. It emerges nursing problems hyperthermia, self-care deficit, and lack of knowledge of health information. Analysis of action. The results showed that the warm compresses action is effective for the first penaganan on meeting the needs thermoregulation.
