Abstract
Background:tuberculosis Pulmonary which infects Pulmonary will progress to infection chronic if it does not receive treatment adequate thus causing bronchiectasis. Most of therapy oxygenation which uses cannula with the speed less than 41pm not need to wear humidifier termed by the non humidifier. Writing purpose: To provide a picture of nursing care to meet the needs of oxygenation. Data analisys: When examined on the date June 30, 2016 at 12:15 GMT date obtained, ± 1 week of fevers, nausea + retching, diarrhea ± 4 times in one day and coughing. 3 week of, body, nails feet and hands look dirty. Not familiar with the disease. Thus there emerged . Nursing diagnosis:diagnosis ineffective airway clearance related to the collection of secretions. And Defsist personal care and lack of knowledge. Intervention: Monitor tightness airway comprehension teach non farmakologi methods such cough effectively, take the measurement of vital signs, collaboration analgesics, encourage the client to adequate break, give health education about lung tuberculosis (TB). Evaluation: Techniques coughing effective coughing to smooth airway sputum. Recommendation:Breathlessness and sputum reduced
