Abstract
Background: Surgery is a stressor for clients and anxiety surgery. Family factors associated with pre-natal clinical crime rates. Objective: To determine factors related to preoperative level in mayor surgical patients. Method: This research use correlation method by using cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 94 mayor surgical patients. The research instrument used a questionnaire of 117 items. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlative analysis using Kendall's Tau Test. Results: Announcement of the results of the study that the mayo patient had knowledge of medium category (64.9%), medium category (73.4%), medium category (54.3%), and weight category (64, 9%). There was a correlation with preoperative rates in mayor surgical patients (r = -0.340; p = 0.000). There was a correlation of several factors with preoperative rates in patients with mayor surgery (r = -0.225; p = 0.004). There was association with some patients before preoperative in mayor surgery patients (r = -0,228; p = 0.003). Recommendations: Nurses may perform the function of providing nursing care to patients prior to surgery.
