Abstract
Background: Hyperglycemia is a state of blood glucose levels rising above normal limits. The impact of hyperglycemia that occurs from time to time can cause damage to various body systems, especially the nerves and blood vessels. The components of physical exercise or exercise are very important in the management of diabetes because the effect can reduce blood glucose levels by increasing glucose uptake by muscles and improving insulin use. Objective: Describe the results of analysis of nursing care on the client with the problem of imbalance of blood glucose levels in Asoka Room Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital Results: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the client is an imbalance in blood glucose levels. Action: Actions taken in handling the problem of imbalance of blood glucose levels, the authors do the exercise of foot exercises. Evaluation: The results of the evaluation show the diagnosis of imbalances glucose levels in the blood resolved. Gymnastics effectively lower glucose in blood in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
