Abstract
Background: interference of sensory perception: hallucinations is a response to faculty perception whose experienced by someone without excitement or stimulus from the outside and not experienced by others. Rebuke is one attempt to control hallucinations by rejecting hallucinations appear. Purpose: to analyze nursing care in patient with Sensory Perception Disorders: Hallucinations perceptual perception in the change of signs and symptoms and the ability of patient to rebuke At Wisma Arimbi RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang. Method: descriptive case study approach using data analysis techniques by means of observation and nursing documentation. Result: after nursing care on P1, P2 dan P3 a decrease of P1 sign and symptom 66,7% and objective 16,7%. P2 subjectively 66,7% and objectively 33,3%. P3 subjectively 33,4% and objectively 50%. While for the alteration ability P1 27,8%, P2 33,4% and P3 25%. Recommend: to rebuke therapy can be done by reading dhikr therapy to control hallucination experienced.
