Abstract

Backgroun : Violent behavior is one part of the mental disorder that often occurs in every individual. Violent behavior is a feeling of frustasion and hate or anger in which a person commits an act which can be physically harmful to both himself and others. While low impact aerobic gymnastics is a gymnastics that can channel the energy and absorption of oxygen balance so as to increase endorphins that have a relaxant effect that can reduce the risk of violent behavior. Objective : To analyze nursing care in patients the risk of violent behavior with aerobic low impact in wisma Matswapati RSJ. Prof Dr. Soerojo Magelang. Method : This case study uses descriptive method through case study approach. The Nursing Care : the first patient after a low impact aerobic innovation increased aggression self control by 62%, second client 50% and thurd client 63%. Signs and symptoms of patients at risk for violent behavior in the first patient some 46% of patients both 54% and 31% third patient number. Recommendation : low impact aerobic exercise to reduce signs and symptoms and improve the ability klirn in controlling vilent behavior.
