Abstract
Background : Respiratory Distress Syndrome is caused by surfactant deficiency, especially in newborns with less gestation. Because of this the baby experienced problems ineffectiveness of the breath pattern Objective : Analyze of nursing assessment application of pronasi position on neonatus with inactive problems nature pattern in the melatis’s room RSUD prof. Dr.Margono soekarjo Purwokerto Result : Based on the level of respiratory distress, the breath frequency standard on score downe, pronation position proved to be effective oxygen delivery so that the impact of stabilizing the frequency of breathing in infants Conclusion : The results showed a decrease in respiratory distress, ie from moderate respiratory to mild respiratory distress resulting in nursing problems ineffectiveness of the pattern of breathing is resolved
