Abstract
Background: Patients with head injury may primarily result in permanent damage to the brain tissue or secondary injury resulting in cerebral tissue perfusion problems. Purpose: To describe the results of nursing care analysis in severe head injury patients with nuisance perfusion problems of cerebral tissue in the Emergency Room of Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospital Results: Diagnosis that appears on the client is a perfusion of cerebral tissue disorders associated with increased intracranial pressure. Action: Actions taken in the handling of perfusion disorders of the cerebral tissue on the client, the author performs the provision of head-up position. Evaluation: The results of the evaluation indicate the diagnosis of perfusion of cerebral tissue associated with an increase in unresolved intracranial pressure.
