Abstract
Background : Ineffektiveness of airway clereance is inability in clean secretion or obstruction of the breathing for maintaining the cleanliness of the breath.In Indonesian Pneumonia is the leading causa of children mortality in the world. The aim of this sientific paper is give a illustration about nursing care in children with airway clerance problem is not effective in cases of bronchopneumonia in Dahlia Room Hospital KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo. Results : After the nursing action showed that giving intervention in the form of chest physiotherapy in children has not been able in all pediatric patients to overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Recomentation : Chest physiotherapy and other nursing interventions either independently or collaboration are necessary to be implemented effectivelly to overcome the entire nursing problems in pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia.
