General purpose: To analyze Nursing Care of CHF Patients with problems with reduces cardiac output. Results of nursing care: The results of the study of data found that the three cases of managed authors have the same characteristics. Data analysis results obtained nursing problems. Decreasing cardiac output is associated with changes in myocardial contractility. Interventions carried out on patients by giving fowler positions. Recommendation: The innovation results that comfortable positioning for CHF patients, namely the fowler position, are proven to be effective against reducing shortness of breath so that it will affect the effectiveness of cardiac output.
