Abstract
Background: Laparatomy is one of the major surgical procedures with incisions in the lining of the abdominal wall to get a part of the abdominal organ that has a problem. Surgery causes a wound that indicates tissue damage as a result of pain Objective: To provide nursing action using therapy of lemon to reduce pain scale in nursing care by post-Laperatomy Method: In the case study the instruments used were lemon, observation sheet and pain analyzer Results: Based on the results of the implementation it was found that there was a decrease in the scale of pain from the scale of moderate pain to mild pain in patients with post -laparotomy with acute pain Conclusion: administration therapy of lemon can reduce pain scale in Laparatemi post-op patients Recommendations: For further research, other researchers are expected to provide interventions for the administration of therapy with lemon by other methods
