Abstract

Background : Toddler health is very important to note. Many health problems that occur at the age of toddlers. The number of children under five in the world exceeds 20% of the world's population. In Indonesia, the number of children under five reaches 18.76 million people or about 6.89% of the total population. The way to maximize it is to use health education about nutrition and stunting risk management. Objective : Describing how the description of family nursing care in the developmental stage of pre-school children with a knowledge deficit in Jatinegoro Village, Sempor District. Methods : This scientific paper is a descriptive analytic with a case study approach. Data obtained through assessment, interviews, observations. Results : After the health education with leaflet about nutrition management and stunting risk was carried out, it was found that the change in the frequency of knowledge in 3 patients increased on average with an initial average score of 40% to 63.3%. Recommendation : This method of applying the diet menu schedule can be applied in the homes of the general public to improve nutrition and family nutrition.
