Abstract

Background: The clinical pharmacy service in pharmacy has been already regulated in the Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Permenkes) Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 about Standar Pelayanan Farmasi di Apotek. Clinical pharmacy service needs to be evaluated, so that the service quality could be ensured and improved, hence the patients would get more rational therapy. Objective: To evaluate the clinical pharmacy service in Apotek Luk Ulo Kebumen based on Permenkes Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Method: This research used non-experimental, cross-sectional descriptive method. There is only one sample in this research: Apotek Luk Ulo Kebumen, Kebumen Regency. The data was gathered in November 2024 with direct observation method. Conclusion: Apotek Luk Ulo Kebumen, Kebumen Regency has not fully applied the clinical pharmacy service standard that based on Permenkes Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Only prescription assessment and service that has fully applied (100%); drug informing service (92,3%), counseling (83,3%), drug therapy monitoring (85,71%) have been partially applied; home pharmacy care (0%) and drug adverse reaction monitoring (0%) have not initiated yet. Saran: Improvement could be performed upon every aspect that have not already passed the 100%, so the clinical pharmacy service could ensure patient therapy.
