Abstract

The management of pharmaceutical supplies and medical consumables at community health centers is a critical component in supporting effective, safe, and high-quality healthcare services. This study aims to evaluate the compliance of pharmaceutical supply and medical consumable management at the Alian Community Health Center based on Ministry of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method through direct observation and structured interviews with pharmacy staff. The results showed that the level of compliance varied across each stage of management: planning (29%), ordering (50%), receipt (71%), storage (50%), distribution (83%), control (83%), and evaluation (50%). In general, pharmaceutical management at the Alian Community Health Center has not fully met regulatory standards, particularly in the aspects of planning, ordering, storage, and evaluation. Improvements are needed in the accuracy of needs assessment, strengthening of ordering administration, optimization of the storage system, and the implementation of periodic evaluations to enhance the quality of pharmaceutical services.
