Abstract
Background: Stroke is a disease that can attack anyone with a history of chronic disease. However, in general, strokes are prone to occur in people with hypertension. Stroke is associated with hypertension which can cause rupture of blood vessels. As a result, dissolved substances such as cholesterol, potassium and others settle in the chambers of the blood vessels with narrowing of the blood vessels, causing the blood supply to the brain to decrease, let alone stop which then causes a stroke (Pudiastuti, 2011). Objective: to analyze the risk of ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion nursing care by giving the head up position 30 degrees in stroke patients in Hj. Anna Lasmanah Soemitro Kolopaking Banjarnegara. Research method: According to Nursalam (2011), the focus of problem research is identical to the problem research variable, namely attitudes or characteristics that give different values to something. The focus of the research problem in this final scientific paper is to carry out nursing care for the risk of ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion by providing a 30 degree head-up position in stroke patients at Hj Hospital. Anna Lasmanah Soemitro Kolopaking Banjarnegara. Recommendation: The results of the analysis showed the ineffectiveness of brain tissue perfusion by using head up measures 15⁰-30⁰, the results obtained decreased intracranial pressure such as decreased systolic blood pressure and blood pressure. decreased diastolic.
